Great sales and service delivery from Lee, Quinton, and Madoda. Lee was exceptional, providing clear and detailed explanations throughout the process. Thank you very much for your relentless support during and after the failure of the six year old 80/56 battery from a well-known supplier.
Your team had, over more than six months, endless challenges communicating with and soliciting corrective action from the supplier who in the end suggested an outright dangerous solution to rectify defective battery cells.
Thank you for replacing the defective battery with your impressive LV-COMMS stackable battery with superior BMS protection systems, programmed and manufactured here in George.

I had some small issues in the last couple of days. SSS responded within 10 minutes and remotely solved 1 problem and for the first problem they gave me a possible cause , and i was able to fix it myself (so no engineer needed to come in).

I had my solar system installed three years ago by Specialized Solar Systems, and I’ve been very satisfied with the performance and support ever since. The setup includes 10 solar panels—4 facing north, 4 west, and 2 east—paired with a Freedom Won 10/8 battery and a Victron system. The system has performed excellently.

In hindsight, I could have opted for a larger battery, as there is still surplus solar energy available at sunset. That said, the overall design has proven reliable and efficient. The support and assistance from Specialized Solar Systems have been outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

SSS are fantastic. They installed my 20 kwa system 3.5 years ago. A couple of small issues in the beginning but they were there to sort out super quick. I had Specialized Solar Systems install a hybrid solar and battery backup system, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They set up a Victron 5kVA x 2 system, paired with 3 x 5400kWh batteries and 2 MPPTs to support two banks of solar panels. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the service provided by SSS at my home in Welgelegen George, installing a solar system.To put the cherry on top, I was informed by SSS about 2 weeks after the job was finished and paid for, that I have overpaid them by R32000 and that they would refund me! I was not aware of this and they could have kept quiet and I would never have known. This reflects great business ethics and I can really recommend these guys!
