Our residential team recently completed a 10kVA backup solar power system upgrade for one of our client’s backup systems. The original system was a 5kVA Victron Multiplus II inverter with our own locally manufactured 6.8kW Storagedock Slimline LFP battery. They added another identical set. With a few adjustments to the original setup, it resulted in a powerful 10kVA backup unit. Consequently, 13.6kW of stored energy is available for hours of load shedding.

I had some small issues in the last couple of days. SSS responded within 10 minutes and remotely solved 1 problem and for the first problem they gave me a possible cause , and i was able to fix it myself (so no engineer needed to come in). Great support

I had my solar system installed three years ago by Specialized Solar Systems, and I’ve been very satisfied with the performance and support ever since. The setup includes 10 solar panels—4 facing north, 4 west, and 2 east—paired with a Freedom Won 10/8 battery and a Victron system. The system has performed excellently. In hindsight, I could have opted for a larger battery, as there is still surplus solar energy available at sunset. That said, the overall design has proven reliable and efficient. The support and assistance from Specialized Solar Systems have been outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A great end result from a dedicated, professional and very hard working SSS team that didn't leave until our installation in Oudtshoorn was done way past office hours. These guys won't give up no matter how long it takes! Finally we are less dependent on Eskom and what a wonderful feeling and privilege. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the service provided by SSS at my home in Welgelegen George, installing a solar system.To put the cherry on top, I was informed by SSS about 2 weeks after the job was finished and paid for, that I have overpaid them by R32000 and that they would refund me! I was not aware of this and they could have kept quiet and I would never have known. This reflects great business ethics and I can really recommend these guys!

I've been investigating a solar solution for our house in Randburg for the past 5 years. From all the interaction I had with various companies SSS is by far the most professional. They are the only company that was willing to do a decent study of our power usage before making a recommendation of what is needed. The level of service I received was world class.
