Box Display LED Notifications

Thresholds LED Notifications, GREEN: Lots of power, YELLOW : Power is running low, RED : Power is low, reduce usage, SLOW RED FLASH: Power is off, wait till 5PM to be reset. Rapid Flash in PINK : Lower your usage, unplug appliances. BLUE FLASH, Payment needed , BLUE STATIC Disconnected due to non-payment – make payment

Monthly Packages

Depending on your requirements there are 2 monthly packages available.

GREEN (Fridge): R350.00

RED (Basic): R150.00

Please note that payment notifications will be sent to you at the end of the month.

Your billing light will flash blue until we have processed the payment.

Payment should be made no later then the 7th of the month to avoid being disconnected.

If payment is not made you will be switched OFF and the Blue light will remain ON. You will have no power.

Different methods of payment

How do I make an EFT (Electronic funds transfer)

Set up Specialized Solar Systems as a beneficiary
Choose the beneficiary option
Type ‘Specialized Solar Systems’ under the beneficiary’s name
Fill in the account number, Bank name, and branch code
Write your XP House number under the ‘Reference’ section
Confirm by saving the beneficiary profile and entering your bank pin
Beneficiary added and Saved

When payment needs to be made:
Go to beneficiaries
Look/Find ‘Specialized Solar Systems’ and tap on it
Type in the amount you want to send. R350 Green package / R150 Red package
Tap Pay
Send a screenshot of as proof of payment via WhatsApp

We will be coming to Thembalethu on the 6th of each month with the
card machine for payments.

Cash payments

We will also accept cash payment on the 6th of every month when we
come to Thembalethu.
