Specialized Solar Systems Reseller Terms & Conditions:

• Before quoting a customer, a request for quotation must be submitted to Specialized Solar Systems to confirm pricing and availability.
• For complete systems, a production lead time will apply.
• After acceptance of the quotation, a purchase order must be submitted.
• A Tax invoice will be submitted to you and only after the payment has cleared will the order be processed.
• Specialized Solar Systems does not offer account facilities.
• Prices are excluding delivery. The reseller must collect the orders on their own accord.
• Once the paid product leaves the factory, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
• As per the installation guidelines, it must be communicated to the end-user that only a CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN may install the system. For Victron products, it is recommended that the electrician has undergone Victron training. If the complete systems have been tampered with or incorrectly installed, the warranty will become void. For domestic complete systems that include monitoring, remote assistance will be available if connected to wifi (internet .
• Once the electrician has completed the installation, they must supply the customer with a new COC.
• For StorageDock LiFePO4 batteries, to activate the warranty, the electrician must register the installation online.
• After Sales services: It is important to note that the reseller takes full responsibility of the client after the sale. Specialized Solar Systems will be available for technical assistance to the reseller, but cannot communicate directly with the end-user.
• For returns/repairs: If there is an instance of a faulty product that cannot be repaired remotely, the product must be returned to our factory. Shipping costs are applicable to the reseller.
• Should the product fault be due to the manufacturer, the product will be repaired/replaced and returned. Shipping costs will be applicable to SSS. If the product fault is due to incorrect installation, damage in transit, moisture exposure or misuse of the product, the repair costs will be for the reseller. A Quotation outlining the costs will be submitted before the repair is initiated.
