The Energydock Premium Level 5 backup power system, a top-of-the-line product that includes a powerful “Nersa-approved”  Victron Energy MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-50 230V low-frequency inverter. It features a 10.240kWh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery. Versatile and efficient, it can be used as a backup system or UPS. With the addition of a DC attachment unit the Premium Level 5 can support solar panel (PV) energy generation for hybrid or off-grid solar system applications. The Premium Level 5 is equipped with integrated safety mechanisms, including surge protection, AC input and output circuit breakers, and a DC circuit breaker.

These units boast stability and serve as an excellent long-term energy storage solution. Equipped with a proprietary intelligent BMS, the battery’s health is continuously optimized, ensuring its exceptional lifespan. The BMS effortlessly integrates with Victron GX devices, the industry standard, for a fully optimized energy storage system (ESS). For added safety, the Premium Level 5 includes DC protection with other advanced safety features.

Orders, Pricing and Collection:
  1. Currently, only one of each product can be added to your shopping cart. 
  2. All prices displayed are exclusive of shipping costs and are based on ex-factory rates in George, Western Cape, South Africa.
  3. The listed prices are subject to potential fluctuations and remain valid for a 24-hour duration.
  4. Once your EFT payment is reflected in our account, customers are welcome to arrange collection at the Specialized Solar Systems factory located in George.
  5. Specialized Solar Systems can arrange courier pricing upon request. Please include the delivery address with your order.
Payment Process
  1. After completing your order, an email will be sent to you containing your unique order number along with the details of your order. You will also receive our banking information.
  2. To facilitate payment, we only accept Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT).
  3. When making your EFT payment, always ensure a reference to your order number business, or surname. This helps ensure the accurate and efficient processing of your payment. Please email PoP to accounts@specializedsolarsystems.co.za
  4. Once your EFT payment is reflected in our account, you will receive a tax invoice via email. This invoice will serve as confirmation of your payment and order details.
  5. Please ensure that your EFT payment is successfully processed and cleared in our bank account before requesting an update to coordinate the collection or status of your order.
